Veterans Resources Newsletter

📬 From the Editor

🎉 Happy New Year! 🎉

As we enter 2026, I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the challenges many faced last year. If you’re reading this, you made it through, and that matters. Surviving is an achievement. Continuing forward takes strength.

Please give yourself the time you need. Time to grieve what was lost. Time to rebuild what needs care. And time to celebrate the wins as they come.

This newsletter was created to offer a single, reliable place for veterans and community members to find up-to-date information about local resources and events. If you need help, I hope this provides a starting point for you. If you’re offering help, thank you for being part of the solution.

Highlights

Over the past month, partners expanded coordinated veteran services across Fresno County by aligning healthcare, legal aid, employment support, and outreach efforts into a shared calendar of action. Agencies confirmed clinic schedules, secured donated space and resources, and strengthened referral pathways to reduce barriers for veterans and their families. This collaborative work accelerated access to care, increased cross-agency visibility, and positioned the network for a strong first quarter of service delivery.
